The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Kornél Hajdú showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrik Kádár in the 52nd minute of the match. The supporters of Szentgotthárd booed when SÉ SE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kálmán Ónodi didn't get a good kick on the ball. SÉ SE's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Konstanty Dzierwa in the 84th minute of play forced SÉ SE's goalkeeper János Moravecz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zakariás Tótfalusi charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zakariás Tótfalusi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th match minute, Szentgotthárd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zakariás Tótfalusi to maneuver through the defense. Patrik Kádár sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
