In the 4th minute Wen Bing Liang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kornél Hajdú saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. János Moravecz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zakariás Tótfalusi in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by József Sallói in the 8th minute of play forced SÉ SE's goalkeeper János Moravecz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kornél Hajdú showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attila Pálffy, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Attila Pálffy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kornél Hajdú came out and tried to block the shot, but Attila Pálffy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 13th minute. When Wen Bing Liang came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the SÉ SE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wen Bing Liang couldn't finish the play. Attila Pálffy's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Kornél Hajdú skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that József Sallói's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but János Moravecz was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. 44 minutes into the game, Szentgotthárd's József Sallói nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zalán Ibrahimovic in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kornél Hajdú prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kornél Hajdú took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zalán Ibrahimovic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Szentgotthárd's Károly Selymes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 92nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Attila Pálffy in the 95th minute of play forced Szentgotthárd's goalkeeper Kornél Hajdú to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
