In the 4th match minute, THE ROKERY PIMKIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy Schöpfer to maneuver through the defense. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fidelio Haller in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Schermann in the 6th minute of play forced FC Lugano's goalkeeper Dieter Gärtner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulric Donsante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualtier Jetté having to interfere. Ove Korner charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ove Korner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 10 played minutes THE ROKERY PIMKIS got a freekick which was hit by Ove Korner. 12 minutes into the match, Ulric Donsante notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté. Gualtier Jetté was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pornsak Seearamrungruang in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Lugano's Fidelio Haller got a free kick in the 19th minute. After 23 minutes of play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Goliath Cadotsch made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dieter Gärtner was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Straumann in the 27th minute of play forced FC Lugano's goalkeeper Dieter Gärtner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. THE ROKERY PIMKIS were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after FC Lugano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mischa Schüepp took the corner. The corner led THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Goliath Cadotsch to fire away a dangerous shot which Dieter Gärtner despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Gualtier Jetté played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pornsak Seearamrungruang in the 32nd minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Goliath Cadotsch made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dieter Gärtner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fidelio Haller kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. The supporters of THE ROKERY PIMKIS booed when FC Lugano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tito Waechter didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to THE ROKERY PIMKIS getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Jimmy Schöpfer hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pornsak Seearamrungruang was the one to do the kick off. Stephen Vicente kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Dieter Gärtner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Goliath Cadotsch in the 57th minute of the match. Dieter Gärtner took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Schermann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, Ulric Donsante was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Lugano's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave THE ROKERY PIMKIS the free kick. In the 68th minute, Ulric Donsante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Lugano made a substitution. Sylvain Faber replaced Fidelio Haller. Sylvain Faber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Gualtier Jetté made a huge save. After 90 played minutes FC Lugano got a freekick which was hit by Matteo Gartenmann. When Benoit Theiss fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored THE ROKERY PIMKIS's protests and gave Benoit Theiss a yellow card for diving instead. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
