Osvaldinho Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nestor Bâru, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Osvaldinho Moreno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Bâru in the 8th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Facopo FBPA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Waldemar Okopny was slow to take the kick. During this time Unidad de Matanza's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 11 minutes into the match, Nestor Bâru notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno. Osvaldinho Moreno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Unidad de Matanza's Venancio Cristofol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Unidad de Matanza from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Hori Galli came free, but Venancio Cristofol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute of the match Unidad de Matanza got a corner. Facopo FBPA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Waldemar Okopny ran over to the corner to take the kick. Lenni Skensved scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldinho Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 20th minute Hori Galli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hori Galli got free with Venancio Cristofol in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Facopo FBPA's Osvaldinho Moreno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nestor Bâru in the 27th minute of play. In the 28th minute Ilgaz Aydoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Cristofol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Giuliano De Paul kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zhivko Húntev got free with Venancio Cristofol in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Osvaldinho Moreno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 47 minutes of play, Unidad de Matanza's Nestor Bâru made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Osvaldinho Moreno was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Unidad de Matanza were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Nestor Bâru made the kick off in the second half. Unidad de Matanza made a substitution. Máximo Kirchner replaced Lotfi Ziadi. Unidad de Matanza's Maarten Aelbrecht was substituted for Yannick Bartz. Unidad de Matanza's Michal Stehno was substituted for Nestor Bâru. Facopo FBPA were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Unidad de Matanza's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cheng Ling Yang took the corner. 64 minutes into the match, Unidad de Matanza's goal looked a bit too open when Zhivko Húntev came free, but Venancio Cristofol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute Máximo Kirchner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Osvaldinho Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osvaldinho Moreno made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michal Stehno in the 70th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Kirchner in the 72nd minute of play forced Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Aloísio Munhoz put in a rough tackle. After 77 played minutes Facopo FBPA got a freekick which was hit by Aloísio Munhoz. 84 minutes into the match, Michal Stehno dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Osvaldinho Moreno, 0-5. Venancio Cristofol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhivko Húntev in the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maarten Aelbrecht in the 93rd minute of play forced Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Osvaldinho Moreno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Michal Stehno scored 0-6 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Osvaldinho Moreno, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Unidad de Matanza's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
