Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Romain Berrewouts took the kick off in the first half of the match. Romain Berrewouts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute Romain Berrewouts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Romain Berrewouts came free, but Jiang Lei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mohieddine Ayari came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the CERRO PORTEÑO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohieddine Ayari couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Simbo FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Javier Bazterrica hit a great ball. Jiang Lei stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Romain Berrewouts's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romain Berrewouts in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jiang Lei prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mohieddine Ayari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romain Berrewouts in the 32nd minute of the match. After 34 minutes of play, CERRO PORTEÑO's Mohieddine Ayari made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mías Khalifa was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Simbo FC's Mías Khalifa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Simbo FC from getting a goal against them. 42 minutes into the match, Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohieddine Ayari. Mohieddine Ayari came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mías Khalifa could save by the left post. The supporters of Simbo FC booed when CERRO PORTEÑO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulo Maldini didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohieddine Ayari made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Simbo FC's zone, Mohieddine Ayari stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mías Khalifa came out of the goal and Mohieddine Ayari tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Simbo FC's Romain Berrewouts got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 59 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Simon Gerbault. When Simbo FC's Romain Berrewouts in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CERRO PORTEÑO's goalie prevented a goal. Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo was substituted for Romain Berrewouts. Simbo FC's Niceto Nafarroa was substituted for Boleslaw Sidorowicz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 67th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Simbo FC's Tincho Palermo made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jiang Lei was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tincho Palermo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jiang Lei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. Mías Khalifa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Paredes in the 76th minute of play. Tincho Palermo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alan Paredes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jiang Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tincho Palermo in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohieddine Ayari in the 86th minute of play forced Simbo FC's goalkeeper Mías Khalifa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th match minute, Simbo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Javier Bazterrica to maneuver through the defense. After 93 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Edward Spets. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Simbo FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
