The audience was convinced that Kubilay İmge's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jaime Senin was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristian Vladimirescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Vladimirescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aurelio Cebrian in the 82nd minute of play.
