Mohieddine Ayari ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Nina fc's Higinio Sansone got control of the ball when Mohieddine Ayari tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Sergio Berti with Fulgencio Romildo as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Sergio Berti made in the 37th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fulgencio Romildo. Saul Macerio took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jiang Lei. Jiang Lei dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 44 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Silverio Frederico. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Saul Macerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nina fc's Beppe Mercuri was substituted for Stelian Nandriș. Nina fc made a substitution. Aldo Navarro replaced Fulgencio Romildo. André Jacinto made in the 66th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by CERRO PORTEÑO's Edward Spets. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubens Prata in the 67th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Nina fc walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
