Jiang Lei made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Euloxu in the 3rd minute. 6 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Aldo Navarro came free, but Jiang Lei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jiang Lei made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Rubens Prata sent off a good shot on target. In the 12th minute Rubens Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, CERRO PORTEÑO's goal looked a bit too open when Rubens Prata came free, but Jiang Lei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes Nina fc got a freekick which was hit by Zachary Blochowiak. Nina fc's Higinio Sansone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Maldini in the 21st minute of play. Higinio Sansone came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by CERRO PORTEÑO's Paulo Maldini. But to his dismay, Paulo Maldini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 28 minutes in the game Sergio Berti did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rubens Prata. A collision led to Nina fc getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Tomas Makantalashvili hit a great ball. Higinio Sansone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohieddine Ayari, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 34 played minutes CERRO PORTEÑO got a freekick which was hit by Simon Gerbault. Rubens Prata's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jiang Lei read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Rubens Prata succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 36th playminute. 44 minutes in the game Tomas Makantalashvili did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rubens Prata. Rubens Prata recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nina fc made a substitution. Fulgencio Romildo replaced Aldo Navarro. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Saul Macerio made the kick off in the second half. Baldomiro Azibar hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Macerio in the 54th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 58th minute CERRO PORTEÑO were awarded a corner. Paulo Maldini went to the cornerflag to take it. 61 minutes into the match, Nina fc's Saul Macerio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jiang Lei narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, 任棋振 managed to get in a good position for a shot. CERRO PORTEÑO's supporters rose to their feet, but 任棋振 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Higinio Sansone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 66th minute Saul Macerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jiang Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the game, Saul Macerio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Jiang Lei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jiang Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. CERRO PORTEÑO's Moreno Martins was substituted for 任棋振. In the 72nd match minute, CERRO PORTEÑO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eusebiu Cimpoi to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by 王树帆 in the 82nd minute of play forced Nina fc's goalkeeper Higinio Sansone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Nina fc's Higinio Sansone got control of the ball when 王树帆 tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Macerio in the 89th minute of play forced CERRO PORTEÑO's goalkeeper Jiang Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Saul Macerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. For all the effort they put into the match, the CERRO PORTEÑO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nina fc.
