Kıvanç Yücesan came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Brasil off's Leo Ortzi. But to his dismay, Leo Ortzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kong Guo Chong in the 8th minute of play forced Brasil off's goalkeeper Liu Chen Jian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Brasil off booed when SC Pfullendorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhao Hui Yang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Liu Chen Jian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argyris Zagorakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Liu Chen Jian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Rodríguez in the 31st minute of play. Liu Chen Jian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Rodríguez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leo Ortzi in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kıvanç Yücesan saved SC Pfullendorf from getting behind. After 42 minutes, Leo Ortzi made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. SC Pfullendorf's Kıvanç Yücesan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argyris Zagorakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leo Ortzi in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kıvanç Yücesan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Brasil off's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
