The audience thought a goal was coming when Gery Burhanuddin got free with Gerold Zollt in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A hard shot 8 in the game by Torsten Henning from a close distance when the talented Gerold Zollt managed to make a qualified save. DJK Füchtel Vechta's players were relieved. Berthold Bach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ovidiu Poenaru in the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, DJK Füchtel Vechta's Gerold Zollt got control of the ball when Torsten Henning tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Matthieu Richardot's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berthold Bach was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. In the 32nd minute DJK Füchtel Vechta were awarded a corner. Rea Selbert went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rea Selbert got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Berthold Bach quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 37th minute, Anselmo Valentine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gerold Zollt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gery Burhanuddin in the 45th minute of play. Gerold Zollt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Henning, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes SV Klingsmoos got a freekick which was hit by Börje Bührer. 49 minutes into the match, SV Klingsmoos's goal looked a bit too open when Ovidiu Poenaru came free, but Berthold Bach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gery Burhanuddin made the kick off in the second half. Gerold Zollt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gery Burhanuddin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gery Burhanuddin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. DJK Füchtel Vechta made a substitution. Ren Zhan Cheng replaced Chris Kursawe. After a defensive mix-up in DJK Füchtel Vechta's zone, Börje Bührer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerold Zollt came out of the goal and Börje Bührer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute Gery Burhanuddin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerold Zollt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DJK Füchtel Vechta were furious when Marcus Terstappen was red carded, 70 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DJK Füchtel Vechta! DJK Füchtel Vechta:s Gerold Zollt showed great skill when he stopped Torsten Henning:s penalty. When Torsten Henning fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SV Klingsmoos's protests and gave Torsten Henning a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes DJK Füchtel Vechta got a freekick which was hit by Jay-Jay Struwe. Gery Burhanuddin struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gerold Zollt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SV Klingsmoos. After 80 minutes of play, SV Klingsmoos's Gery Burhanuddin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerold Zollt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gery Burhanuddin scored 4-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gerold Zollt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 94 played minutes SV Klingsmoos got a freekick which was hit by Che Doderer. Berthold Bach made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Ovidiu Poenaru sent off a good shot on target. 98 minutes into the match, Anselmo Valentine had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gerold Zollt. DJK Füchtel Vechta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anselmo Valentine was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. SV Klingsmoos had won after a very even match.
