Lionel Paly showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Štriker in the 7th minute of the match. In the 9th minute Emery Heller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Themis Papadimoulis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lionel Paly. Lionel Paly yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Lionel Paly made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Štriker in the 18th minute of play. Themis Papadimoulis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lionel Paly having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbert Štriker in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lionel Paly saved FC Wil 1900 from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Themis Papadimoulis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lionel Paly was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pirmin Jäggi in the 27th minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Remo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes VfL Bad Nenndorf got a freekick which was hit by Róbert Štriker. Remo Borges showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Dové in the 37th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Pirmin Jäggi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo Borges saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Themis Papadimoulis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lionel Paly having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Themis Papadimoulis in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lionel Paly prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Lionel Paly took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Štriker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Themis Papadimoulis sped through FC Wil 1900's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lionel Paly. The supporters of FC Wil 1900 booed when VfL Bad Nenndorf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lv Kun Liang didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory Pryor in the 71st minute of play forced VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Remo Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 74 minutes of play, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Róbert Štriker made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lionel Paly was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Georges Gladu got free with Remo Borges in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tory Pryor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Remo Borges made a huge save. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Štriker in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th match minute, VfL Bad Nenndorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boubacar Otabo to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the match, VfL Bad Nenndorf's goalkeeper Remo Borges had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emery Heller. After a rather tough play, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Wang Xiao Hong got a free kick in the 89th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emery Heller got free with Remo Borges in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. VfL Bad Nenndorf were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Wil 1900 for much of the match.
