The wind increased when Metehan Aurelio made the kick off in the second half. Lütfü Mürsel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Veerman in the 52nd minute of play. Tiburcio Muxica's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lütfü Mürsel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Odir Bautista in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cihan Zafer saved ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐► from getting behind. With a little luck, ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Cihan Zafer got control of the ball when Freddy Cordarrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. ◄▌Anatolia Athletic▐►'s Özbek Karahan was substituted for Mustafa Yaşar Recai. In the 64th minute Henk Veerman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lütfü Mürsel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
