In the 42nd minute, Henk Veerman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hipolito Tono made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henk Veerman in the 47th minute of play.

After 51 minutes of play Hozat's Birol Bakkalbaşıoğlu was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground.
