Kayhan Özercan made a great header on 14 YâReN FC's corner, it was just that GEOMATİC FK's Çakır Alyakut managed to reach the ball for a save. Andoni Zubizarreta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Çağlar Demirer in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, Oğuz Kakisim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andoni Zubizarreta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Çakır Alyakut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eskil Hermansson in the 17th minute of the match. 14 YâReN FC's Andoni Zubizarreta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oğuz Kakisim in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th match minute, 14 YâReN FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Valdez to maneuver through the defense. Ege Kakisim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Andoni Zubizarreta made a huge save. In the 26th match minute, GEOMATİC FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuz Kakisim to maneuver through the defense. Çakır Alyakut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Julin, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, GEOMATİC FK's Oğuz Kakisim ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Andoni Zubizarreta. Andoni Zubizarreta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Andoni Zubizarreta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oğuz Kakisim, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 43 minutes, Long Kuan Yin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GEOMATİC FK and the 14 YâReN FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of 14 YâReN FC booed when GEOMATİC FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Long Kuan Yin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kurt Julin was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, 14 YâReN FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ege Kakisim came free, but Andoni Zubizarreta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, 14 YâReN FC's Ensar Yaren got a free kick in the 55th minute. GEOMATİC FK made a substitution. Kazimierz Pahucki replaced Ege Kakisim. A collision led to 14 YâReN FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Ensar Yaren hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Çağlar Demirer in the 57th minute of play forced 14 YâReN FC's goalkeeper Andoni Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a left leg Çakır Alyakut saved GEOMATİC FK from getting behind. Çakır Alyakut was a little too slow when Toma Bo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 2-2. In the 88th minute Çağlar Demirer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andoni Zubizarreta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Çağlar Demirer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Andoni Zubizarreta. 14 YâReN FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Çağlar Demirer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Birger Rochat managed to get in a good position for a shot. GEOMATİC FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Birger Rochat was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andoni Zubizarreta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
