In the 3rd minute, Olimpia HSB's Artur Walczak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Franciszek Lerych. Franciszek Lerych yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 8 minutes FC Dwa Do Ósmej's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fernando Morientes who took care of the corner kick. In the 11th minute Fotis Katramados shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tolek Kiszkiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fotis Katramados, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Olimpia HSB's Tolek Kiszkiel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fotis Katramados in the 23rd minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Olimpia HSB's Fabian Czeszejko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Franciszek Lerych narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dwa Do Ósmej's goalkeeper Franciszek Lerych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Panait Maxim made a great header on Olimpia HSB's corner, it was just that FC Dwa Do Ósmej's Franciszek Lerych managed to reach the ball for a save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fotis Katramados made a kick off. Tolek Kiszkiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fotis Katramados in the 54th minute. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dwa Do Ósmej's goalkeeper Franciszek Lerych, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Czeszejko in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franciszek Lerych saved FC Dwa Do Ósmej from getting behind. Witomir Gajewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Olimpia HSB booed when FC Dwa Do Ósmej was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartlomiej Matela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olimpia HSB's Zbyszko Skorny was substituted for Artur Walczak. Olimpia HSB made a substitution. Jacek Pietrowiak replaced Fabian Czeszejko. Wawrzyniec Knopek made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Olimpia HSB's Tomáš Petrásek. In the 95th minute Witomir Gajewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolek Kiszkiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Dwa Do Ósmej players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Olimpia HSB.
