The crowd rose to their feet as Han Guang Kang kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ter Stegen. That made the score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. Han Guang Kang scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ter Stegen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Donleavy Barrett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Faust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Bears are Back's Han Guang Kang nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ter Stegen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Ter Stegen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Han Guang Kang in the 19th minute. 21 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Han Guang Kang came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Han Guang Kang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bears are Back's Jan Faust played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baoithin Doherty in the 29th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baoithin Doherty in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Faust saved Bears are Back from getting behind. With a little luck, 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen got control of the ball when Han Guang Kang tried to sneak it across the goal line. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Guang Kang in the 37th minute of play. Jan Faust took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Jameson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Bears are Back's Han Guang Kang in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1948 MKS's goalie prevented a goal. When Han Guang Kang came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Bears are Back fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Han Guang Kang couldn't finish the play. After having played for 46 minutes, Han Guang Kang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bears are Back's supporters crossed their fingers, but Han Guang Kang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The wind increased when Donleavy Barrett made the kick off in the second half. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Han Guang Kang in the 54th minute of play. When Bears are Back's Han Guang Kang in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1948 MKS's goalie prevented a goal. Baoithin Doherty recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Robert van der Aa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ter Stegen having to interfere. In the 67th minute Baoithin Doherty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan Faust saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Han Guang Kang in the 70th minute of play forced 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilbert Jameson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 76 played minutes 1948 MKS got a freekick which was hit by Gilbert Jameson. 78 minutes into the match, Bears are Back's Han Guang Kang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ter Stegen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bears are Back were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after 1948 MKS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bartosz Niemojewski took the corner. The corner ended in Han Guang Kang almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen did a great save. Donleavy Barrett who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 82ndth minute tested the skills of Jan Faust when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Bears are Back booed when 1948 MKS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick McDonald didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th match minute, 1948 MKS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick McDonald to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Bears are Back were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after 1948 MKS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Bartosz Niemojewski took the corner. Bears are Back's Bartosz Niemojewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ter Stegen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 93 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Oden Vandamme came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
