In the 5th minute, Vintilă Cămărășescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iulian Nisipeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Luca Mureșan kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Ionuț Brânzeu hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's Luca Mureșan in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalie prevented a goal. When Luca Mureșan fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's protests and gave Luca Mureșan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 34th minute, Luca Mureșan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mihnea Iuzbașa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Mureșan, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. The goalkeeper, Iulian Nisipeanu, was totally fooled by -BZF-Magica Steaua's Valentin Praporgescu, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the last second Iulian Nisipeanu throw himself and got hold of the ball when Vintilă Cămărășescu in the 47thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Luca Mureșan made the kick off in the second half. Luca Mureșan struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Mihnea Iuzbașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Viitorul Buzau. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Luca Mureșan managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Mureșan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mihnea Iuzbașa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Costel Buzgar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in -BZF- Viitorul Buzau's zone, Vintilă Cămărășescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Iulian Nisipeanu came out of the goal and Vintilă Cămărășescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 64th minute, -BZF-Magica Steaua's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luca Mureșan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Gabriel Codrescu hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 68 played minutes -BZF-Magica Steaua got a freekick which was hit by Eduard Bordeianu. In the 69th minute of the match Ion Popilean shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mihnea Iuzbașa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 72nd minute Vintilă Cămărășescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iulian Nisipeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Mureșan had several of the -BZF-Magica Steaua's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 75 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Mihnea Iuzbașa as he didn't even see the shot coming. Luca Mureșan struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Mihnea Iuzbașa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for -BZF- Viitorul Buzau. In the 80th minute Luca Mureșan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mihnea Iuzbașa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for -BZF- Viitorul Buzau! Vintilă Cămărășescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The -BZF-Magica Steaua support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
