Jastreb's Navarro Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Jastreb from getting a goal against them. Gabrijel Jovanovski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ilko Smoje in the 11th minute of the match. Lipovljani's Gabrijel Jovanovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Cantona in the 24th minute of play. Navarro Montoya made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Nikifor Kulaksúzov sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Renato Vince managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lipovljani's supporters rose to their feet, but Renato Vince was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Navarro Montoya breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kevin De Bruyne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Navarro Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ilko Smoje charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ilko Smoje the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ilko Smoje kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Lipovljani made a substitution. Arsen Vukša replaced Nikifor Kulaksúzov. Bo Cantona could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Gabrijel Jovanovski made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Ronaldo in the 56th minute of play forced Lipovljani's goalkeeper Gabrijel Jovanovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Börje Forsberg got free with Gabrijel Jovanovski in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 64th match minute, Jastreb was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Börje Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Bo Ronaldo sped through Lipovljani's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabrijel Jovanovski. If Börje Forsberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jastreb made a substitution. Rikard Kulaš replaced Ilko Smoje. 78 minutes into the match, Lipovljani's goal looked a bit too open when Bo Ronaldo came free, but Gabrijel Jovanovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo Ronaldo's late challenge caught a Lipovljani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bo Ronaldo helped the player get up and apologised. Bo Ronaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Sixto Figueroa kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. With 89 minutes on the clock, Viggo Bruse commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lipovljani! In the 92nd minute of the match Jastreb got a corner. Lipovljani's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Börje Forsberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Jastreb booed when Lipovljani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin De Bruyne didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bo Ronaldo got free with Gabrijel Jovanovski in the 99th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
