The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sam Yang came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Säfvahöjden's Narciso Maranhense. But to his dismay, Narciso Maranhense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 10th minute of the game Oliver Bergfelt made a throw-in which Rogério Ramalho played forward. In the 12th minute of the match, Joseph Holmberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Szczepan Adamus saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 13 minutes into the game, Conrado Frascuelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Samba Fotboll U21's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Säfvahöjden the free kick. A collision led to Samba Fotboll U21 getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Conrado Frascuelo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Samba Fotboll U21 defense, Pan Yan Rong kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sam Yang. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sam Yang should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Samba Fotboll U21 booed when Säfvahöjden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Bergfelt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sam Yang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rogério Ramalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sam Yang showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pan Yan Rong in the 31st minute of the match. Szczepan Adamus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Joseph Holmberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 38 minute of play. Best Bro made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nolberto Solano immediately put the ball in play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogério Ramalho in the 42nd minute of play forced Samba Fotboll U21's goalkeeper Sam Yang to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 43 minutes into the match, Samba Fotboll U21's goal looked a bit too open when Ataulfo Diosdado came free, but Sam Yang reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 47 minutes Samba Fotboll U21's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rogério Ramalho who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Säfvahöjden's corner Rogério Ramalho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sam Yang quite easily take care of the ball. The Samba Fotboll U21 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Säfvahöjden were winning 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pan Yan Rong made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Best Bro could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Sam Yang however easily saved by the left post. In the 58th minute of the match, Rogério Ramalho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Sam Yang saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Conrado Frascuelo kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Säfvahöjden's Nolberto Solano quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Conrado Frascuelo, made in the 74th minute of the game. Szczepan Adamus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Meck, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Ataulfo Diosdado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sam Yang. That made the score 1-3 in the 81 minute of play. Sam Yang showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pan Yan Rong, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Säfvahöjden got a freekick which was hit by Oliver Bergfelt.
