The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute of the game Camron Blain made a throw-in which Pedro Luiz de Moraes played forward. Andriy Lunin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fazıl Özgenalp, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Isac Vornicu charged in rather forcefully in the 10th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 20th minute, Hurşit Tamerk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Pedro Luiz de Moraes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Andriy Lunin was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. Fazıl Özgenalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andriy Lunin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 46 minutes into the match, KOO Tigers's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Luiz de Moraes came free, but Andriy Lunin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The KOO Tigers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Heavenly Hooters were winning 0-4.

The crowd rose to their feet as Heavenly Hooters's Fazıl Özgenalp slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andriy Lunin. That made the score 0-6 after 70 minutes of play. Heavenly Hooters's Todd Connery was substituted for Pedro Luiz de Moraes. With a little luck, KOO Tigers's Andriy Lunin got control of the ball when Fazıl Özgenalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kevin Byrne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Andriy Lunin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The KOO Tigers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Andriy Lunin should have stopped the shot. Ong Keng kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Kevin Byrne made a precise shot to the right of Andriy Lunin. KOO Tigers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-9. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Jake Grayson got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
