Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Isaias Matas started the match with the kick off. The throw-in from Bernardo Urtzi in the 5th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olavarria FC's Catalino Rivarola. Catalino Rivarola scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luc Van Hinnendael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 8th minute Mac Mon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Hendrickx stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mac Mon's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Luc Van Hinnendael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Matas, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th match minute, FC Bruges was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lasse Kroner to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes of play, Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luc Van Hinnendael was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olavarria FC's Leslie Macaraat managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bernardo Urtzi in the 25 minute of the game. In the 26th minute, Isaias Matas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olavarria FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Michel Hendrickx successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Isaias Matas scored 0-4 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luc Van Hinnendael, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xavies Muñagorri got free with Michel Hendrickx in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lasse Kroner kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Shane Corrigan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Hendrickx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Matas in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luc Van Hinnendael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx got control of the ball when Shane Corrigan tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Olavarria FC's Isaias Matas in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Bruges's goalie prevented a goal. Michel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shane Corrigan in the 45th minute of play. Olavarria FC's Michel Hendrickx played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mac Mon in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xavies Muñagorri to strike the kick off in the second half. Isaias Matas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luc Van Hinnendael having to make a save. Catalino Rivarola might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luc Van Hinnendael. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Catalino Rivarola ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mac Mon in the 60th minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda was substituted for Isaias Matas. Isaias Matas kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luc Van Hinnendael narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lasse Kroner made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bernardo Urtzi. Olavarria FC's Mauro Kotlar managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lasse Kroner in the 73 minute of the game. 74 minutes into the game, Olavarria FC's Ervigio Ojeda nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luc Van Hinnendael made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Michel Hendrickx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavies Muñagorri in the 80th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Ken Brogren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Michel Hendrickx. Olavarria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ken Brogren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Michel Hendrickx made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xavies Muñagorri in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Olavarria FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mac Mon came free, but Michel Hendrickx reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carl Van Kamp in the 91st minute of play forced Olavarria FC's goalkeeper Michel Hendrickx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Olavarria FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
