The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Túlio Silva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ahmet Yahya Burçak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Donato having to interfere. With a little luck, Toa Toa 4EVER's Túlio Silva got control of the ball when Roberto Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Olivier Gilg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Túlio Silva, 2-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Róbson Simões to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Olivier Gilg managed to get in a good position for a shot. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Toa Toa 4EVER reached it. With a little luck, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato got control of the ball when Elmar van der Woude tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demetrio Ubriaco in the 87th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Pars Yorgun got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Toa Toa 4EVER's Róbson Simões ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Chico Donato. Chico Donato yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Toa Toa 4EVER were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing DIPLOMATA FC PAB to leave the ground with a draw.
