Örjan Berggren went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Whity Pool United's goalie and right to Florian Ziemba. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Whity Pool United's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reynaldo Estebe in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Melani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Angelo Melani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Estebe in the 12th minute of the match. Charis Vlastaras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Albert Jowsey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Angelo Melani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angelo Melani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Estebe in the 20th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Charis Vlastaras got free with Enrique Hanot in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Charis Vlastaras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Hanot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Syd Ely came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Whity Pool United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Syd Ely couldn't finish the play. Enrique Hanot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Syd Ely in the 31st minute of play. Angelo Melani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 林悦傲, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nantwich's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Örjan Berggren in the 45th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charis Vlastaras was the one to do the kick off. Whity Pool United's Angelo Melani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Whity Pool United from getting a goal against them. Nantwich's Enrique Hanot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charis Vlastaras in the 54th minute of play. James Warnett hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Whity Pool United's Henry Soussan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 57th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Nantwich. 64 minutes into the match, Whity Pool United's goalkeeper Angelo Melani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 林悦傲. Charis Vlastaras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nantwich made a substitution. Frazer Fordham replaced Florian Ziemba. Whity Pool United's Stan Wilson was substituted for Daniel Jenkins. Whity Pool United's Stevie Moore was substituted for Wesley Nicholson. After 70 played minutes Whity Pool United got a freekick which was hit by Henry Soussan. A collision led to Nantwich getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Miguel Penha hit a great ball. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Nantwich booed when Whity Pool United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Graciano Caneira didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Whity Pool United's goalkeeper Angelo Melani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Estebe. Frazer Fordham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Melani having to interfere. Enrique Hanot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Whity Pool United. Enrique Hanot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waclaw Kaczanek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelo Melani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Estebe in the 97th minute of the match. Nantwich were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
