Noel Broom kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Staffordshire Terrier FC's Yu Jie Xing sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nikolay Bonkov narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Jie Xing in the 23rd minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Nikolay Bonkov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pavol Stano made in the 25th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Noel Broom. Staffordshire Terrier FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matt Sullivan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alex Zanardi to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jasper Attwood in the 52nd minute of play forced Staffordshire Terrier FC's goalkeeper Clive Holloway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Fitz Lambley got a free kick in the 53rd minute.
