Sofoklis Prinianakis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 12 minutes in the game João Vítor Donato did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Grant Sherwood. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kristian Ottaway stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Alex Zanardi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sofoklis Prinianakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. With a little luck, Henley on Thames United's Sofoklis Prinianakis got control of the ball when Alex Zanardi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Henley on Thames United's Sofoklis Prinianakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Zanardi in the 94th minute of play. Staffordshire Terrier FC's Matt Sullivan got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Staffordshire Terrier FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
