With 40 minutes on the clock, Alexander Longthorn commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fitz Lambley in the 63rd minute of play forced Henley on Thames United's goalkeeper Sofoklis Prinianakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
