The referee ignored Kranji Crunchy's protests and gave Leo Baihaqi a yellow card for diving instead. In the 2nd match minute, Kranji Crunchy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Baihaqi to maneuver through the defense. 4 minutes into the game, Demas Hutagaol was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kranji Crunchy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BuanaRaya the free kick. After a long run with the ball, Kabul Arkananta did a trick in the 6th minute in front of Kranji Crunchy's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 0-1. An impressive performance by BuanaRaya's Kabul Arkananta! After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Sandy Raturandang managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kranji Crunchy's supporters rose to their feet, but Sandy Raturandang was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. After 33 minutes, Sirod Sihotang mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BuanaRaya and the Kranji Crunchy players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kranji Crunchy booed when BuanaRaya was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sirod Sihotang didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Armand Hadikusuma came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Kranji Crunchy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armand Hadikusuma couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Kranji Crunchy getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Demas Hutagaol hit a great ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eros Tobing stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sirod Sihotang received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Anwar Antoni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kranji Crunchy's Anton Al-Haddad got a free kick in the 68th minute. Anwar Antoni didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BuanaRaya's Udin Sutikno shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armand Hadikusuma in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicky Hasyim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Leo Baihaqi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 90 minutes had been played. In the 91st match minute, Kranji Crunchy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Baihaqi to maneuver through the defense. Udin Sutikno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BuanaRaya had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
