Powiśle Warszawa's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenzo Rocendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lech Latkiewicz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Powiśle Warszawa's Boguslaw Siwek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Grunwalski in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's Lorenzo Rocendo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lech Latkiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Legia Warszawa 【L】 booed when Powiśle Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Rocendo didn't get a good kick on the ball.
