The audience was convinced that Arvid Carlsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but George Kristiansson was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Linköpings AIK played a much better game than Di Röe and deserved their victory. The Di Röe players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
