Dave Di Filippo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but John Bergström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. 11 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lite Finare Lite Bättre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Harel Minsky was slow to take the kick. During this time Hermanö Oilers's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Harel Minsky got away a dangerous shot. Despite this John Bergström quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Răica in the 12th minute of play forced Hermanö Oilers's goalkeeper Oskar Haeger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dave Di Filippo in the 13th minute of play. Oskar Haeger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexander Bergman in the 23rd minute of the match. Markus Albäck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Oskar Haeger made a huge save. With a little luck, Hermanö Oilers's Oskar Haeger got control of the ball when Felix Răica tried to sneak it across the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Hermanö Oilers's Harry Forsman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
