Balus Treter's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gilbert Majkowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iwo Sawicki in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karsten Zielinski saved Balus Treter from getting behind. Rudolf Speed made in the 33rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Iwo Sawicki. Iwo Sawicki charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iwo Sawicki the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Balus Treter booed when Tiger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iwo Sawicki didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gottlieb Hammer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Josef Witlatschil made a huge save. Karsten Zielinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pentti Ojala, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 46th match minute, Tiger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudolf Speed to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a little luck, Balus Treter's Karsten Zielinski got control of the ball when Marten Weise tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Balus Treter's Lukas Prielhofer got a free kick in the 96th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
