With a little luck, FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly got control of the ball when Gottlieb Hammer tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 11th minute, Balus Treter's Gottlieb Hammer dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tory Pryor in the 14th minute of play forced Balus Treter's goalkeeper Karsten Zielinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gottlieb Hammer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lionel Paly tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karsten Zielinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Téo Rosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Karsten Zielinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pirmin Jäggi in the 26th minute of the match. FC Wil 1900's Lionel Paly played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottlieb Hammer in the 40th minute of play. FC Wil 1900's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Gottlieb Hammer scored to the left of an out of position Lionel Paly, making the score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

İlkan Mahşer hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute Gottlieb Hammer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lionel Paly saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute Balus Treter were awarded a corner. Elivélton Tavares went to the cornerflag to take it. After 68 minutes of play, Balus Treter's Gottlieb Hammer made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lionel Paly was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Wil 1900 made a substitution. Alex Leisibach replaced Tory Pryor. After 73 minutes FC Wil 1900's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elivélton Tavares who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Milenko Ermentraut heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Hannes Esch hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 79th minute, when FC Wil 1900's Emery Heller after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Karsten Zielinski in Balus Treter's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Leisibach in the 84th minute of play forced Balus Treter's goalkeeper Karsten Zielinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
