Hasret Cangiray struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Bunda Lele didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KURT. With a little luck, Remedios SC's Bunda Lele got control of the ball when Hasret Cangiray tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Wincent Wawro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eugenio Grilli. KURT's Eugenio Grilli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 楚庭潮 in the 25th minute of play. Birjaio Basozabal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bunda Lele having to make a save. The supporters of Remedios SC booed when KURT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halim Ulvi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chivu Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eugenio Grilli having to interfere. In the 31st match minute, KURT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Halim Ulvi to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Wincent Wawro put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eugenio Grilli. When Hasret Cangiray came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the KURT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hasret Cangiray couldn't finish the play. In the 37th minute, Hasret Cangiray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chivu Quintana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 43 minutes into the match, Remedios SC's goal looked a bit too open when Birjaio Basozabal came free, but Bunda Lele reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bunda Lele made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Kıvanç Salikbey sent off a good shot on target. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hasret Cangiray to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Hasret Cangiray managed to get in a good position for a shot. KURT's supporters rose to their feet, but Hasret Cangiray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bunda Lele breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bunda Lele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birjaio Basozabal in the 60th minute of the match. KURT's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Wincent Wawro 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-3. Remedios SC's Wincent Wawro got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugenio Grilli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Wawro in the 68th minute of the match. Wincent Wawro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The corner ended in Luisão Ribeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KURT's Eugenio Grilli did a great save. Bunda Lele made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasret Cangiray in the 86th minute of play. Hasret Cangiray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bunda Lele having to interfere. Chivu Quintana could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eugenio Grilli made a huge save. Remedios SC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over KURT's much stronger midfield.
