After a defensive mix-up in Seterma Tractors's zone, Serginho Sabóia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Čech came out of the goal and Serginho Sabóia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Seterma Tractors's Pedro Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durval de Queirós in the 8th minute of play. Manoel Neuer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vitinho Maciel, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When Xu Li Sang came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Jovens Democratas MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xu Li Sang couldn't finish the play. Pedro Čech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Durval de Queirós in the 14th minute of the match. Pedro Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xu Li Sang, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathias Fontes got free with Manoel Neuer in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's Marco van Basten sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Čech narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Marco van Basten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Seterma Tractors's Pedro Čech played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Durval de Queirós in the 28th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Dobromir Zagrodny ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Čech was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Pedro Čech came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Jovens Democratas MZC's Marco van Basten. But to his dismay, Marco van Basten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The audience was convinced that Marco van Basten's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Čech was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. 48 minutes into the match, Seterma Tractors's goal looked a bit too open when Xu Li Sang came free, but Pedro Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Petrus Catarinense to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Li Sang got free with Pedro Čech in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Čech was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Xu Li Sang capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Xu Li Sang really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. Pedro Čech made an important save on a dangerous shot by Xu Li Sang in the 56th minute. Pedro Čech made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Xu Li Sang sent off a good shot on target. Durval de Queirós who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Pedro Čech when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 60 in the game by Xu Li Sang from a close distance when the talented Pedro Čech managed to make a qualified save. Seterma Tractors's players were relieved. Dochko Igov hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. When Geovânio de Senna fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Seterma Tractors's protests and gave Geovânio de Senna a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xu Li Sang got free with Pedro Čech in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Čech was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Serginho Sabóia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Serginho Sabóia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Li Sang in the 75th minute of play forced Seterma Tractors's goalkeeper Pedro Čech to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Seterma Tractors's Manoel Prestes got a free kick in the 79th minute. Giuseppe Negri had several of the Seterma Tractors's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 81 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-6 score and a disappointed Pedro Čech as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Marco van Basten took a quick shot and it went in 1-7 without a chance for Pedro Čech to make any attempt to save it. Pedro Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Zagrodny in the 87th minute of play. In the 95th minute, Jovens Democratas MZC's Xu Li Sang ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pedro Čech. Pedro Čech yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-9. When the match was over Jovens Democratas MZC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Seterma Tractors throughout the match.
