In the 4th minute, Donleavy Barrett ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Oswaldo Ramos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Ter Stegen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 9th minute of play. Bektaş Veli Bengisoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ter Stegen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 20th minute. Robert McCready fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oswaldo Ramos having to interfere. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 28th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bektaş Veli Bengisoy got free with Ter Stegen in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ter Stegen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karol Modliszewski in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 40th minute Anselmo Ganix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Ganix in the 42nd minute of play. Anselmo Ganix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Donleavy Barrett to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Anselmo Ganix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bociany SA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 1948 MKS the free kick. A collision led to Bociany SA getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Anselmo Ganix hit a great ball. Bociany SA's Oswaldo Ramos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Bociany SA from getting a goal against them. 1948 MKS's Ter Stegen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Bociany SA's Anselmo Ganix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ter Stegen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 60th minute of the match Bociany SA got a corner. 1948 MKS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Boban Fett ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 62 minutes 1948 MKS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Boban Fett who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 1948 MKS's goalie and right to Karol Modliszewski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 1948 MKS's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 65th minute Bektaş Veli Bengisoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adam Harendarski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute, Tiomoid Doherty hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Boban Fett struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ter Stegen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bociany SA. Ter Stegen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to 1948 MKS getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Brasil McIan hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brasil McIan got free with Oswaldo Ramos in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 81 minutes Bociany SA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ersin Uyguralp who took care of the corner kick. 87 minutes into the match, 1948 MKS's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Neto came free, but Ter Stegen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
