The audience was convinced that Hubert Valler's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jean-Louis Van Bever was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Hubert Valler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Med Gang FC's Qi Liang got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Cromvelde's zone, Hubert Valler stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jean-Louis Van Bever came out of the goal and Hubert Valler tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nils-Erik Jonsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mathijs Rokeloos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils-Erik Jonsson made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Mathijs Rokeloos sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mathijs Rokeloos got free with Nils-Erik Jonsson in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Herman Frans dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nils-Erik Jonsson, 2-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Hubert Valler managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Med Gang FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hubert Valler was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Hubert Valler's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jean-Louis Van Bever read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Patrick Rolfsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55th minute, Hubert Valler reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jean-Louis Van Bever. The goal made the score 2-1. 58 minutes into the match, Hubert Valler notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of KFC Cromvelde's Jean-Louis Van Bever. Jean-Louis Van Bever was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 沈笑伟 kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 63 played minutes KFC Cromvelde got a freekick which was hit by 沈笑伟. A collision led to KFC Cromvelde getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. 沈笑伟 hit a great ball. Nils-Erik Jonsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herman Frans went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. KFC Cromvelde's Dé 武松 was substituted for Mathijs Rokeloos. In the 81st minute Dé 武松 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jonsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 95 minutes into the match, KFC Cromvelde's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Wennersten came free, but Jean-Louis Van Bever reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Exequiel Zeballos in the 96th minute of play forced KFC Cromvelde's goalkeeper Jean-Louis Van Bever to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
