The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Titus Pullo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Rius having to interfere. Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Chabier in the 4th minute of play. Vicente Rius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Titus Pullo in the 7th minute of play. When Juan Bazil fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Terremoto FC's protests and gave Juan Bazil a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kingpins booed when Terremoto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Bazil didn't get a good kick on the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Kingpins's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Bento came free, but Mattias Asserlind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Octavio Eli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Juan Chabier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Mattias Asserlind made a huge save. After 23 minutes, Enrique Bento mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Terremoto FC and the Kingpins players grew even worse after the yellow card. Enrique Bento hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kingpins were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Terremoto FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sven Bållström took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Magnus Mus heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 29 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's Octavio Eli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mattias Asserlind narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 30th minute of the match Terremoto FC got a corner. Kingpins's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Matias Filipo ran over to the corner to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Bento in the 31st minute of play forced Kingpins's goalkeeper Mattias Asserlind to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Chap lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Kingpins a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Charles Lenberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Terremoto FC's Vicente Rius. 0-1. The supporters of Kingpins booed when Terremoto FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Octavio Eli didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Harry Igelström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Rius was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 46thth minute of the game Juan Chabier who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kingpins's Mattias Asserlind was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Kingpins made a substitution. Mikael Ekeberg replaced Harry Igelström. The wind increased when Mikael Ekeberg made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Titus Pullo in the 60th minute of play forced Terremoto FC's goalkeeper Vicente Rius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kingpins made a substitution. Ove Modig replaced Sven-Ove Fernkvist. Terremoto FC's Rosendo Gonsalvo was substituted for Severino Sotero. Terremoto FC's Cornelio Hermelando was substituted for Enrique Bento. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when Kingpins was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Fernkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Juan Chabier managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Terremoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juan Chabier was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Scipio Africano hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute, Cornelio Hermelando ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Asserlind was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Mikael Ekeberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Vicente Rius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Scipio Africano hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 82 minutes into the game, Mikael Ekeberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Vicente Rius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the match, Titus Pullo notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Terremoto FC's Vicente Rius. Vicente Rius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Titus Pullo fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kingpins's protests and gave Titus Pullo a yellow card for diving instead. Terremoto FC made a substitution. Leonides Gaskon replaced Rosendo Gonsalvo. A collision led to Kingpins getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Titus Pullo hit a great ball. In the 95th match minute, Terremoto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Chabier to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, Terremoto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Titus Pullo came free, but Vicente Rius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kingpins eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
