The audience thought a goal was coming when Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris got free with Adriano Cruz in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Littles's Adriano Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Littles from getting a goal against them. Alexis Louboutis made in the 16th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fanis Kostarakis. Chatziantoniou Vakoufariss short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Adriano Cruz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris managed to get in a good position for a shot. Greece's supporters rose to their feet, but Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano Cruz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zinon Galanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Cruz having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Zinon Galanos could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Adriano Cruz however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Greece's Grigoris Kitrinidis got a free kick in the 26th minute. Eugenios Dimakis hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Greece's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boro Paunović was slow to take the kick. During this time Littles's players had a chance to rest. 30 minutes into the game, one of Littles:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kleon Liaskovitis shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A collision led to Greece getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Grigoris Kitrinidis hit a great ball. Fanis Kostarakis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Adriano Cruz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Panos Kaklamanos kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Deivid Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Littles's 谢克军 got a free kick in the 50th minute. 53 minutes into the match, Littles's goal looked a bit too open when Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris came free, but Adriano Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 54th minute of the match Greece got a corner. Littles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kleon Liaskovitis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Cruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Greece booed when Littles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Ursulescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriano Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zinon Galanos in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 63rd match minute, Littles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boro Paunović to maneuver through the defense. Littles's Adriano Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 64th minute of play. Zinon Galanos scored 1-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adriano Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris in the 85th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Cruz was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. In the 88th minute of the match Greece got a corner. Littles's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kleon Liaskovitis ran over to the corner to take the kick. A very nice done corner allowed Zinon Galanos to score against Adriano Cruz in Littles's goal. 2-0 after 88 minutes. Chatziantoniou Vakoufaris struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Adriano Cruz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Greece. Greece's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
