Lev Yashin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Darrigrande in the 23rd minute of play. Carlo Darrigrande could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Lev Yashin made a huge save. Argentina were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gregorio Urtsin took the corner. Argentina's Fausto Santana was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Roberto Layton in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Argentina's Fausto Santana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ambrosio Fiz in the 33 minute of the game. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Carlo Darrigrande got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Argentina's Albano Jaunzuria got a free kick in the 38th minute. In the 45th minute, Benedicto Naelio made a precise shot to the right of Roberto Layton. ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Lev Yashin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Darrigrande in the 54th minute of the match. Tymoteusz Barowicz hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Argentina's Carlos Eufrasio was substituted for Albano Jaunzuria. Argentina made a substitution. Severo Rolado replaced Armando Felipillo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlo Darrigrande in the 62nd minute of play forced Argentina's goalkeeper Lev Yashin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Argentina's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
