The audience was convinced that Paolo Péron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cyril Duclaux was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. 18 minutes into the match, Fierce's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Uzuri came free, but Cyril Duclaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Fierce defense, Paolo Péron kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cyril Duclaux. The Fierce fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyril Duclaux should have stopped the shot. The Forever Tango fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After having played for 24 minutes, Marcial Uzuri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forever Tango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Uzuri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Uzuri in the 27th minute of play forced Fierce's goalkeeper Cyril Duclaux to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute Marcial Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cyril Duclaux saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 31 minutes Fierce's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Clemente Medina who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Forever Tango's Godofredo Harri to fire away a dangerous shot which Cyril Duclaux despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gualterio Mikolas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forever Tango's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Mikolas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cyril Duclaux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcial Uzuri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Cyril Duclaux tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mathis Robles to make the kick off. Cyril Duclaux made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Corderro in the 51st minute of play. With his leg Cyril Duclaux managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Forever Tango's Paolo Péron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 66 minutes into the match, Fierce's goalkeeper Cyril Duclaux had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gualterio Mikolas. 67 minutes into the match, Gualterio Mikolas notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Fierce's Cyril Duclaux. Cyril Duclaux was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Paolo Péron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. In the 96th minute, Paolo Péron reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cyril Duclaux. The goal made the score 0-9. Forever Tango played a much better game than Fierce and deserved their victory. The Fierce players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
