In the 8th minute, Li Sha Yuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 minutes, Adriano Ribeiro made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Defensores del Albinegro's Cornelio Merexildo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lorenzo Lluterio made in the 14th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Isaias Blasco. Cornelio Merexildo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adriano Ribeiro in the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the match, Defensores del Albinegro's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano Ribeiro came free, but Cornelio Merexildo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adriano Ribeiro got free with Cornelio Merexildo in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zheng Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenzo Lluterio in the 30th minute of the match. Cornelio Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Ribeiro in the 33rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adriano Ribeiro in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornelio Merexildo saved Defensores del Albinegro from getting behind. After a rather tough play, The Obscurials's Anders Westerstrand got a free kick in the 38th minute. Cornelio Merexildo made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Anders Westerstrand sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rd minute Maximo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cornelio Merexildo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Defensores del Albinegro's Cornelio Merexildo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Wright in the 47th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Maximo Aritza was the one to do the kick off. Adriano Ribeiro scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cornelio Merexildo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cornelio Merexildo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adriano Ribeiro in the 54th minute of play. Zheng Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Li Sha Yuan in the 58th minute of the match. When The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A very good chance. The Obscurials's Lawrance Grandison was substituted for Adriano Ribeiro. The Obscurials's Angelo Eiró was substituted for Cliff Rowden. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lawrance Grandison in the 73rd minute of play forced Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper Cornelio Merexildo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lawrance Grandison in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornelio Merexildo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zheng Chao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximo Aritza, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. The Obscurials's Edelmiro Mateo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cornelio Merexildo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 90 minutes into the game, Lawrance Grandison cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Cornelio Merexildo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 94th minute, Lawrance Grandison ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Merexildo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The The Obscurials fans cheered their team off the field, for while Defensores del Albinegro had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
