Forever Tango's Albino Senin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Brodel in the 15th minute of play. Albino Senin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rui Coutinho in the 18th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Marcial Uzuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wellington Abraão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Forever Tango's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Damião came free, but Albino Senin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Paolo Péron who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Wellington Abraão when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Paolo Péron managed to get in a good position for a shot. Forever Tango's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Péron was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wellington Abraão breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Marcial Uzuri made a precise shot to the right of Wellington Abraão. Dinamo Colorado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Carvalho in the 37th minute of play forced Forever Tango's goalkeeper Albino Senin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Forever Tango's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tadeu Brodel was slow to take the kick. During this time Dinamo Colorado's players had a chance to rest. Dinamo Colorado's Wellington Abraão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Dinamo Colorado from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute of the match Forever Tango got a corner. Dinamo Colorado's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Clemente Medina ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Gualterio Mikolas managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Forever Tango's Paolo Péron got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Rui Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Marcial Uzuri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ulises Remir kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Forever Tango's zone, Tadeu Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Senin came out of the goal and Tadeu Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Forever Tango's Albino Senin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Damião in the 62nd minute of play. Wellington Abraão took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustavo Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leandro Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dinamo Colorado made a substitution.
