Cornelio Merexildo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Carvalho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maximo Aritza in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wellington Abraão saved Dinamo Colorado from getting behind. Defensores del Albinegro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Colorado the free kick. The wind increased when Leandro Damião made the kick off in the second half. Maximo Aritza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out.
