The referee ignored ManagerZone Crew's protests and gave Adrian Rosario a yellow card for diving instead. In the 40th minute Paul Põhjala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Armstrong saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42ndth minute of the game Peter Linkhorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manchester united's Dries Ramps was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Manchester united's goalkeeper Dries Ramps had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thorbjörn Olerius. After having played for 84 minutes, Peter Linkhorst managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManagerZone Crew's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Linkhorst was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
