DIPLOMATA FC PAB's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Relyn Futebol Clube the free kick. After 92 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Alvarenga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar Meirelles in the 96th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Relyn Futebol Clube's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
