Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Nestor Cortez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Lobos de Carelia's Nestor Cortez got control of the ball when Henrique Borges tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 25th minute Prospero Perico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hansjörg Wastl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xu Ran Zhen lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. One of Lobos de Carelia:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ:s goal. In the 46th minute Henrique Borges shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Cortez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Treze Futebol Clube CIMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
