Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfredo Martins got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Eliézer Alvarenga notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel. Dida Taffarel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 6 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olivier Gilg. In the 8th minute of the match Moussa Kabre shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Chico Donato showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. With a little luck, Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel got control of the ball when Eliézer Alvarenga tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niculae Martinescu in the 12th minute of play forced Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Dida Taffarel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Moraes in the 14th minute of play. When Marquês de Herval's Dorian Moraes in the 14th minute got a chance for a shot 14th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Niculae Martinescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Lorenzo Mendebal came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Marquês de Herval fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lorenzo Mendebal couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Marquês de Herval booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pars Yorgun didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goal looked a bit too open when Dorian Moraes came free, but Chico Donato reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Moussa Kabre went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Moussa Kabre almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Chico Donato did a great save. The attack was good, but when Alfredo Martins in the 48th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Marquês de Herval's Dida Taffarel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niculae Martinescu in the 52nd minute of play. Dida Taffarel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olivier Gilg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chico Donato stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of German Cano's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. When DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Olivier Gilg in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marquês de Herval's goalie prevented a goal. DIPLOMATA FC PAB were awarded a corner in the 62th minute after Marquês de Herval's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Augusto Lara took the corner. Olivier Gilg scored 3-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dida Taffarel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the DIPLOMATA FC PAB defense, Alfredo Martins kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chico Donato. The DIPLOMATA FC PAB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chico Donato should have stopped the shot. Chico Donato made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Martins in the 77th minute of play. DIPLOMATA FC PAB made a substitution. Rodrigo Cisterna replaced Olivier Gilg. In the 83rd minute, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Dorian Moraes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86th minute, Wilton do Valle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chico Donato made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Moussa Kabre sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Martins in the 88th minute of play forced DIPLOMATA FC PAB's goalkeeper Chico Donato to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chico Donato was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and Dorian Moraes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Dorian Moraes really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. After 92 played minutes Marquês de Herval got a freekick which was hit by Dorian Moraes. In the 93rd minute José Augusto Lara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dida Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niculae Martinescu's late challenge caught a Marquês de Herval's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Niculae Martinescu helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to DIPLOMATA FC PAB getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Niculae Martinescu hit a great ball.
