Marcos Siqueira placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Amauri Félix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 11th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Abdi Revis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amauri Félix was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Jens-Ove Malm took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andreas Lindqvist. Andreas Lindqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's Jens-Ove Malm got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amauri Félix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Haglund in the 20th minute of play. If Fernan Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the match, Vykans Vikingar's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ove Malm came free, but Andreas Lindqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bengt-Arne Haglund to make the kick off. Andreas Lindqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Malm in the 52nd minute of play. After 53 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Simon Brolin. Lauro Arce hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Abdi Revis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Amauri Félix made a huge save. In the 87th minute Rio Verde F.C CIMZ were awarded a corner. Tolgahan Onatkan went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Tolgahan Onatkan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Malm in the 92nd minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Andreas Lindqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rio Verde F.C CIMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
