Cesinha Tande came out of the goal and Tiago Gabriel Damião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 6th minute, Nestor de Almeida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Laércio Gaspar charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laércio Gaspar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Laércio Gaspar kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelo Souza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cesinha Tande. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Cido Cavalcante, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 17th minute, Wesley de Brito made a precise shot to the right of Cido Cavalcante. Facopo FBPA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Cido Cavalcante showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celsinho Sanches in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th match minute, Facopo FBPA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laércio Gaspar to maneuver through the defense. After 30th play minutes Celsinho Sanches shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Cido Cavalcante and just under the crossbar into goal. Celsinho Sanches received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cido Cavalcante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Leonardo Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Facopo FBPA's Cido Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley de Brito in the 41st minute of play. The Facopo FBPA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hartmann Futebol Clube were winning 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Souza to strike the kick off in the second half. Celsinho Sanches's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Cido Cavalcante skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Cesinha Tande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Souza in the 53rd minute of play. Cido Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 62 minutes into the game, Facopo FBPA's Walmyr Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesinha Tande made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Celsinho Sanches got free with Cido Cavalcante in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celsinho Sanches in the 83rd minute of play forced Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper Cido Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Souza during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Facopo FBPA getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Marcelo Souza hit a great ball. When Augusto Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Facopo FBPA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Alcântara couldn't finish the play. 96 minutes into the game, Reginaldo Linhares was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Facopo FBPA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hartmann Futebol Clube the free kick. Reginaldo Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. The Hartmann Futebol Clube supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Hartmann Futebol Clube would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
