When Ismael Mattos fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LauerArmy's protests and gave Ismael Mattos a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Ismael Mattos got a free kick in the 5th minute. Pragmáticos 1903's Douglas Gustavo got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ismael de Queiroz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder dos Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When Guga Freire came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guga Freire couldn't finish the play. When Telmo Palmeira fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pragmáticos 1903's protests and gave Telmo Palmeira a yellow card for diving instead. Waldemar Brodel's late challenge caught a Pragmáticos 1903's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldemar Brodel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 31st minute, Waldemar Brodel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 32 minutes into the match, Pragmáticos 1903's Gustavo Berger broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 35 minutes LauerArmy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo Berger who took care of the corner kick. Pragmáticos 1903's Gustavo Berger was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Falcão Cabral in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Telmo Palmeira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. After 40 played minutes Pragmáticos 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Palmeira. LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Gustavo in the 44th minute of play. Falcão Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Gustavo in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
The wind increased when Douglas Gustavo made the kick off in the second half. The referee gave Pragmáticos 1903 a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Douglas Gustavo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral. 2-1. Douglas Gustavo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Falcão Cabral having to make a save. LauerArmy's Falcão Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Douglas Gustavo in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Aílton Campidelis threw the ball into play from the sideline. Pragmáticos 1903's Nilmar de Queirós quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Jardel in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael de Queiroz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Pragmáticos 1903 booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christiano Fontes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismael de Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guga Freire in the 76th minute of play. Falcão Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Douglas Gustavo in the 79th minute of play. Douglas Gustavo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Falcão Cabral having to make a save. Falcão Cabral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Douglas Gustavo's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. The Pragmáticos 1903 fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when Pragmáticos 1903's Douglas Gustavo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 90th minute, Douglas Gustavo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Falcão Cabral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Douglas Gustavo's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Douglas Gustavo kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Pragmáticos 1903 had played much better football throughout.
